What we process
Kettle Notes reads the live caption stream that Google Meet produces for a meeting you participate in, and the settings you provide (role, focus areas, optional context such as a CV or job description). We never access your microphone or camera and never record audio or video.
How we use it
- To display a live transcript and generate interview suggestions and scorecards for you.
- To operate, secure and improve the service (aggregate, non-identifying usage metrics).
- We do not sell personal data and do not use customer transcripts to train models.
Retention and deletion
Transcripts and scorecards are stored encrypted per workspace for the retention period you configure and can be deleted at any time from the app. Deletion requests can also be sent to [email protected].
Sub-processors
We use cloud infrastructure and AI model providers as sub-processors under data processing agreements. Enterprise customers can route model calls through their own provider account. A current list is available on request.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your data. Contact [email protected] to exercise them.
