The service

Kettle Notes is an assistant for interviewers. It provides transcripts, suggestions and summaries to support your judgement; it does not make hiring decisions and must not be used to automatically reject or rank candidates.

Your responsibilities

• Comply with the laws that apply to your interviews, including any notice or consent obligations for transcription in your jurisdiction.
• Use the service only with meetings you legitimately participate in.
• Keep your account credentials and any API keys you bring confidential.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Beta Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
